IWGT Customized uses a third-party manufacturer to produce the items we design for you. Shipping options and charges are calculated at the time you place your order so there are no surprises when the bill arrives.

According to their shipping terms, in stock items will ship within 2-3 business days with standard shipping. Expedited (Next Day/2 Day) will ship the NEXT BUSINESS day. Items ordered on Monday will be shipped on Tuesday and received Wednesday (if next day). Items ordered on Friday will be shipped on Monday and received on Tuesday (if next day). Remember, business days exclude weekends and holidays.

They use US Postal Service, UPS and DHL Worldwide for shipping. Shipping and handling charges and times are as follows:

Maximum shipping charge is $15. Super Saver shipping available for shipping in the U.S. ONLY. *UPS shipping available for shipping in the U.S. ONLY and cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes.

Buttons and Magnets Only:

If you order buttons and/or magnets and no other products, you may choose USPS First Class mail as your shipping option.

Shipping rates are $1.00 for the first button/magnet, $.30 for each additional button/magnet. International orders are not eligible for USPS shipping.

If you add buttons/magnets to an order with other items, the shipping rate is $.30 for each button/magnet via UPS Ground/2-day/Overnight. International shipping is $4.50 for the first button/magnet and $.50 for each additional button/magnet.

If you order 10 or 100 packs of buttons/magnets, the shipping charge will follow the standard rate table for apparel with each ?pack? being considered one item.
